The Eight Mile Boulevard Association (8MBA) serves not only as a business Association but also as an economic development engine by attracting new businesses and retaining existing businesses on the corridor.

We are continually adding new programs and projects to improve the physical and mental landscape of Eight Mile Road. 8MBA and our partners are making great strides towards revitalizing the Eight Mile corridor with the following programs/projects:

    Private Development Projects
    Title Holding Company
    Clean Team Campaign
    Beautification Awards
